Welcome to the studio! Founded in January of 2025, this space boasts small class sizes and infrared heating.  Students are able to get the most out of their mat time with no judgements or peer pressure. This micro-studio is the perfect place to fall in love with movement.

The studio has recently expanded to include Aerial Arts. Learn how to fly high in the silks, or dance around in the Aerial Hoop (Lyra). We have a great community here, building each other up every single day.
