Where is the studio located?
Studio Elevate is connected to my private residence. You can find me at 315 Corthell Road- almost at the end of the road.
Where can I park?
There's plenty of parking right in front of our house. I'm the grey house with red brick and the white pergola out front. If the open sign is up, come right on in! The dogs don't love the doorbell, so no need to ring it.
When is the studio open?
My door will be open 15 minutes before class time.
Do you have mats to borrow?
I do! I also have plenty of other props to make practice as comfortable and accessible as you need.
Is the studio hot?
It's warmed with a fireplace and heaters, it can get pretty toasty in here! Temperatures will sit between 75-90 degrees, depending on the intensity of our practice.
Anything else I should know?
I have dogs! The big one is named Bodhi and she's my favorite thing. She doesn't like to join for practice, but she loves to say hi to everyone when they come in. She likes to greet people as soon as they come in and get all the love she can. Our puppy is named Eddie. He came from a pretty rough place, so we're still working on is manners- especially the barking. Once he gets settled he's just like any other pup! You might even get to enjoy him for some practices. He loves sitting on my mat for Recover.
