Don't see a time that works for you on my schedule? Reach out! I'm happy to find another time to support you. This scope of practice uses an aerial hammock made of silk to support the body. Most of this practice is ground based, where at least one foot remains anchored. Some of our practice might take you in the air and support you in several inverted shapes to help decompress the spine and aid heart health. Think: a gentle yoga practice, supported by silk to take pressure off the joints.
