In this vinyasa practice, we'll build a flow step by step in what we call a ladder sequence. We'll break down movements when they are first introduced, then the repetition of each shape as we move from side to side will help you drop into a deeper rhythmic flow with your own practice. I'm not using any props, but props I would recommend: Blanket/small pillow- we'll spend plenty of time resting on the hands and knees. If you need a little more cushion for the knees during those periods, you're welcome to one! Block- we'll be incorporating a Half Moon balance in this practice. A yoga block or water bottle might feel really good to hold onto for balance when we get there. Want some music for class?
